By accessing or using Fuelads ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and their representatives.
Fuelads provides AI-powered digital marketing services including market analysis, viability assessment, marketing strategy generation, brand identity creation, ad creative production, campaign management, and performance reporting. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Fuelads offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($500/month), Growth ($1,000/month), and Enterprise ($5,000/month). All plans include a 5% fee on monthly advertising spend managed through the platform. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. An optional human account executive add-on is available for +$200/month with any plan.
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
All digital assets created or managed through our platform — including ad accounts, pixels, domains, creative files, and data — remain your exclusive property at all times. Fuelads will never retain, hold hostage, or claim ownership of your digital assets. Upon termination, all assets will be transferred to you immediately.
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing strategies, ad copy, brand assets, and analysis. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before use. Fuelads does not guarantee specific results from AI-generated marketing strategies or campaigns.
Fuelads does not guarantee specific advertising results, including lead volume, conversion rates, or return on ad spend. Marketing performance depends on many factors including market conditions, competition, budget, and product quality. We commit to applying best practices and optimizing campaigns continuously.
You may not use Fuelads to promote illegal products or services, engage in deceptive advertising, violate platform policies of Meta, Google, TikTok, or other advertising platforms, promote gambling, weapons, adult content, or cryptocurrency without appropriate approvals, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the course of the engagement. Fuelads will not share your business data, strategies, or competitive intelligence with third parties or competing clients.
Fuelads liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent 3-month period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Fuelads will immediately transfer all digital assets and data to the client. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon client-initiated termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
