Fuelads ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered digital marketing agency platform operated by Fuelads LLC. We provide automated marketing strategy, campaign management, brand identity, and market research services to businesses. Our platform is accessible at fuelads.tech.
We collect information you provide directly: business name, description, industry, contact email, advertising budget, target audience, product information, and platform credentials. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform. We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are processed by certified third-party processors.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, generate marketing strategies and analysis using AI, communicate with you about your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
Our platform integrates with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) APIs to research market data and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf. When you connect your Meta advertising accounts, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant. We use the Meta Ad Library API to retrieve publicly available advertising data for competitive research. We comply with all Meta Platform Terms and Policies.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security policies, and access controls. Your digital assets — ad accounts, pixels, domains, and creative files — always remain your property.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days upon request, except where retention is required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may request a copy of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent by contacting us at privacy@fuelads.tech. For users in the European Union, additional rights apply under GDPR. For California residents, additional rights apply under CCPA.
