Fuelads ("we", "our", "us", "the Platform") is an AI-powered digital marketing platform operated by Inkvoid LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (EIN: 98-1934131) registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We provide automated digital marketing services including campaign management, market research, brand identity creation, ad creative production, website building, SEO optimization, performance analytics, full Customer Relationship Management (CRM), WhatsApp Business messaging, and automatic Meta Custom Audiences synchronization — all powered by artificial intelligence under an autonomous agent named ARIA. 2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you register and use our Platform: Identity and Business Information - Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, country of operation - Industry, business description, target audience, advertising budget, business hours, address, social media profiles - Buyer persona attributes (age range, gender, geographic targets, behaviors) Product/Service Catalog - Product names, descriptions, prices, images, categories, SKUs - User-uploaded product images and AI-generated product images - Pricing tiers and inventory information when provided Marketing Materials and Brand Assets - Existing creatives, logos, colors, fonts, brand voice descriptions - Testimonials, FAQ content, case studies CRM Data (Customer Contact Information) - When you use our CRM, you upload or capture lead data including: lead name, email, phone number, WhatsApp ID, geographic location, source attribution, pipeline stage, custom fields, activity history, tasks, notes, and conversation transcripts - This data is stored on your behalf for relationship management purposes - You remain the data controller; Fuelads is the data processor Messaging Data - WhatsApp message content, media attachments, conversation history - Quick reply templates and message templates you create - Inbound and outbound message metadata (timestamps, delivery status) Authentication Credentials - OAuth tokens for connected third-party platforms (Google, Meta, WhatsApp Business, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) — we never store your passwords - Tokens are encrypted at rest Payment Information - Bank transfer details for wire payments; we do not currently process credit cards - Billing address and tax identification when required Usage Data - Pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Platform - Campaign performance metrics, ad spend, conversion data - AI agent decisions and audit logs Technical Information (collected automatically) - IP address, browser type, device information - Cookies (see Section 13)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to operate and improve the Fuelads service for you: Service Delivery - Generate marketing strategies, ad creatives, brand assets, and websites using AI - Manage your advertising campaigns across connected platforms - Operate the CRM and WhatsApp Business messaging on your behalf - Sync CRM contact data with Meta Custom Audiences when you authorize it (see Section 8) - Resolve natural-language interest targets to Meta Interest IDs via the Meta Targeting Search API - Provide reports, insights, and recommendations based on your performance - Run the ARIA autonomous optimization agent on your account (48-hour review cycle) Communications - Communicate with you about your account, services, and important updates - Send transactional emails (campaign launches, weekly CRM reports, alerts) from billing@fuelads.tech - Notify you of significant changes to these terms or our services Compliance and Operations - Process payments and prevent fraud - Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests - Improve the AI models used internally to provide better service quality (using only aggregated and anonymized data) We do NOT sell your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. We do NOT use your data for advertising purposes outside your own campaigns. We do NOT use your CRM contact data, WhatsApp conversations, or business data to train or improve AI models for other clients or purposes.

4. Google API Services and Limited Use Disclosure

Fuelads uses Google API Services to provide marketing automation features. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request access to the following Google services only with your explicit consent: - Google Ads — to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf, configure conversion tracking tags, link related accounts (Analytics, Merchant Center, etc.), and assist in account verification when required - Google Analytics 4 — to read campaign and website performance metrics for reporting and optimization - Google Business Profile (GMB) — to perform local search optimization, sync business information, and incorporate your customer reviews into your website - Google PageSpeed Insights — to analyze your website performance and provide SEO recommendations - YouTube Data API + YouTube Analytics API — to manage YouTube advertising campaigns and read channel metrics - Google Merchant Center — to sync product catalogs and manage Google Shopping campaigns - Google Search Console — to read organic traffic data and provide SEO insights - Google Tag Manager — to install conversion tracking tags on your behalf when authorized - Google Marketing Platform / Display & Video 360 / Search Ads 360 — for enterprise-level campaign management Limited Use Commitment: Data obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve user-facing features of Fuelads. We do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not use Google API data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising. We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

5. Meta Platform Integrations

Our Platform integrates with multiple Meta APIs to deliver advertising, audience management, and messaging features. When you connect your Meta accounts, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant during the OAuth authorization process. We comply with all Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Data Use Policies. Specifically, we use the following Meta integrations: Meta Marketing API (Facebook & Instagram Ads) - Create, manage, edit, pause, and report on advertising campaigns - Read campaign performance metrics, ad spend, conversions, audience insights - Upload ad creatives (images, videos, copy) to the Meta Ad Library on your behalf - Configure ad sets, targeting, budgets, and optimization goals Meta Ad Library API - Public research on competitors' advertising for market intelligence (publicly available data only) Meta Custom Audiences API - Create, update, and manage Custom Audiences in your Meta Ad Account - Upload SHA-256 hashed PII (email, phone, name) for CRM-to-Meta synchronization - Generate Lookalike Audiences from your converted customer base - Create Website Custom Audiences via Meta Pixel events - Create Engagement Custom Audiences from your Instagram business account and Facebook Page activity - Apply audiences to ad set targeting (include and exclude operations) Meta Targeting Search API - Resolve natural-language interest names (e.g., "Coffee", "Yoga") to official Meta Interest IDs (e.g., interests/6003020834693) - Validate audience size estimates against a minimum threshold to avoid hyper-niche targeting - Cache resolved interest IDs globally (not per-client) since interest IDs are universal across Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API (operated by Meta) - Send and receive WhatsApp business messages on your behalf - Manage WhatsApp message templates (creation, submission for Meta approval, status tracking) - Store conversation history for the CRM - Upload and deliver media attachments (images, documents, audio) Meta Pixel Integration - Install and configure your Meta Pixel on your Fuelads-managed website - Read pixel event data for conversion attribution and audience building Meta Instagram Graph API - Read Instagram business account engagement metrics for audience building - Manage Instagram ads under connected ad accounts

6. Other Advertising Platform Integrations

In addition to Google and Meta, we may integrate with other advertising platforms when you authorize the connection, including: - TikTok Ads — campaign management and reporting - LinkedIn Ads — B2B campaign management and reporting - Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads — search campaign management - X (Twitter) Ads — campaign management when required For each platform, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant. We comply with each platform's Terms of Service, Developer Policies, and Data Use Policies. You may revoke access at any time from within the Fuelads dashboard or directly from the third-party platform's account settings.

7. Service Providers (Data Processors)

Fuelads does NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, to operate the service, we use the following infrastructure and AI service providers ("data processors") who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data protection obligations: Infrastructure - Supabase (database hosting, USA) — stores account, business, catalog, CRM, messaging, and operational data - Cloudflare R2 (object storage, USA) — stores images, files, and media you upload or that ARIA generates; served via images.fuelads.tech - Render (application hosting, USA) — hosts the Fuelads application backend and scheduled jobs (cron tasks) - Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, security, USA) — protects fuelads.tech and accelerates content delivery AI and Content Generation - Anthropic (AI model provider, USA) — processes text inputs to generate marketing content, strategies, audiences, ad copy, CRM insights, and weekly reports through the Claude API - Ideogram (AI image generation, USA) — generates ad creatives, product images, and visual assets - fal.ai (AI video generation, USA — when video features are enabled) — generates video assets for campaigns Email and Forms - Zoho Mail (transactional email and SMTP, India/USA) — sends emails from billing@fuelads.tech (campaign reports, alerts, system notifications) - Formspree (form processing, USA) — handles contact form submissions on the websites Fuelads builds for client businesses Monitoring and Analytics (internal) - Sentry (error tracking, USA) — captures application errors for engineering troubleshooting - Google Analytics 4 (web analytics, USA) — measures usage of fuelads.tech (our own marketing site) All processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA. We use processors solely to provide the Fuelads service to you. We never share your data with advertising networks or for marketing purposes outside your own campaigns. We do NOT use Recraft, Vercel, or Stripe.

8. CRM-to-Advertising Custom Audiences

When you activate the Custom Audiences feature in Fuelads, you authorize the synchronization of your CRM contact data with Meta Custom Audiences for advertising targeting purposes. This section describes how this works and your specific responsibilities. What Data is Sent to Meta We send only SHA-256 hashed (one-way cryptographic, irreversible) versions of the following PII fields: - Email address (normalized to lowercase, trimmed) - Phone number (normalized to E.164 format) - First name (normalized to lowercase, accents removed) - Last name (normalized to lowercase, accents removed) Meta never receives plain-text PII. Meta uses these hashes only to find matching users in its system (when the same user has registered the same email/phone with Facebook or Instagram). If no match exists, the hash is discarded. Audience Types We Create - All Leads — all your CRM contacts - Won Leads — contacts marked as converted/customers (used for exclusion in prospecting) - Lost Leads — contacts marked as lost (for re-engagement) - Lookalike Won 1% — Meta-generated audience similar to your converted customers - Website Visitors 30 days — via Meta Pixel - Engagement Instagram 365 days — from your Instagram business account Your Legal Responsibilities - You declare that you have obtained appropriate consent from your leads under applicable privacy laws (GDPR in Europe, LGPD in Brazil, CCPA in California, Colombia's Ley 1581/2012 Habeas Data, and equivalent laws) to use their data for marketing communications and advertising targeting on third-party platforms including Meta - You declare that your capture forms and privacy policies clearly inform users that their data may be used for advertising targeting on third-party platforms - You take responsibility for processing right-to-be-forgotten and deletion requests promptly Right to be Forgotten — Automatic Propagation - When you delete a lead from the CRM, the lead is automatically removed from all associated Meta Custom Audiences in the next sync cycle (typically hours, not real-time) - For immediate removal in critical cases, contact privacy@fuelads.tech Revoking Consent - You may revoke the CRM-to-Meta sync feature at any time from your Audiences settings - Already-created audiences remain in your Meta Ad Account until you delete them manually - Fuelads will stop sending updates to those audiences after revocation Fuelads is NOT liable for compliance with privacy laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent from the data subjects (your leads).

9. WhatsApp Messaging Data

When you use Fuelads' WhatsApp Business integration: What is Stored - All WhatsApp messages sent and received are stored in your CRM database - Media files (images, audio, documents) shared in conversations are stored in Cloudflare R2 - Message templates and quick replies you create are stored for re-use - Delivery and read receipts (when available from Meta) are stored How it is Used - To provide a unified inbox for managing customer conversations - To track conversation history per lead in the CRM - To generate weekly performance reports Consent Required - You declare that all recipients of WhatsApp messages sent through Fuelads have opted in to receive business messages from you, per WhatsApp Business Platform commerce, messaging, and business policies - Fuelads is not responsible for WhatsApp Business account suspensions caused by unsolicited messaging or policy violations Retention - WhatsApp message data follows the general retention policy described in Section 11

10. Data Storage, Security, and Location

Your data is stored on infrastructure located in the United States (Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Render). Some processors (Anthropic, Ideogram, Zoho Mail, fal.ai) may process data in their own US-based data centers. We implement industry-standard security measures including: - Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3) - Row-level security policies in our database (each client's data is logically isolated) - Role-based access controls for our internal team - Hashed PII before sending to third-party advertising platforms (Meta Custom Audiences) - Encrypted OAuth token storage - Regular security audits and updates - Strict authentication for all administrative access While we take all reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly of any data breach affecting your personal information as required by law.

11. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows: - Active account data (CRM contacts, campaigns, catalog, messaging history): retained as long as your account is active - Performance and analytics data: retained for up to 24 months for historical analysis - Financial records (invoices, payment receipts): retained for 7 years to comply with US tax and financial regulations - AI agent audit logs and decision history: retained for 12 months for service quality review - Anonymized aggregate data: may be retained indefinitely for service improvement Upon account deletion request (sent to privacy@fuelads.tech), we will permanently delete your personal data and CRM data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records). Important: Custom Audiences synced to Meta and campaigns created in your third-party ad accounts remain under your control in those platforms after deletion of your Fuelads account. You are responsible for deleting them directly if desired.

12. International Data Transfers

Fuelads is operated by Inkvoid LLC in the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. For users in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data export restrictions, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and equivalent safeguards. When you use the Meta Custom Audiences feature, hashed data is transferred to Meta's infrastructure (which spans the US and EU). This transfer occurs under Meta's own compliance framework, which is publicly documented.

13. Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the right to: - Access your personal data and receive a copy - Correct inaccurate or incomplete data - Delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements) - Restrict or object to certain processing activities - Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format (CSV/JSON export of CRM, ZIP export of website) - Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis (including Custom Audiences sync) - Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority For users in the European Union, additional rights apply under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For California residents, additional rights apply under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to opt-out of sale (though we do not sell data). For Colombia residents, rights apply under Ley 1581 de 2012 (Habeas Data) and Decree 1377 de 2013. For Brazil residents, rights apply under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@fuelads.tech. We will respond within 30 days. If you are a data subject of one of our clients (i.e., a lead in a client's CRM), please contact that client directly. They are the data controller of your data and we (Fuelads) act only as their data processor.

14. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session, save preferences, and ensure security on the Fuelads platform. We do NOT use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our own marketing platform (fuelads.tech). The websites we build for our clients may include analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) that you, as our client, choose to install. You are responsible for ensuring proper cookie consent on those sites under applicable laws (GDPR, ePrivacy, etc.). For technical details, see our Cookie Policy at fuelads.tech/cookies.

15. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@fuelads.tech and we will delete such information. Additionally, you (the client) declare that the CRM contacts you upload to Fuelads are not minors, or that you have obtained verifiable parental consent if any contact is a minor (in jurisdictions where this is required).

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services evolve, new integrations are added, or legal requirements change. We will notify you of significant changes by: - Email to the address associated with your account - Notice posted prominently on the Fuelads platform The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
